Delete Your Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Locked In: Change Your Life, the mobile application published by Arc Labs Development LLC.
How to Request Deletion
There are two ways to delete your data:
- In the app (instant): Open Settings and tap "Hard Reset App Data." This immediately and permanently erases all data stored on your device. Uninstalling the app does the same.
- By email (server data): To delete data held on our servers, email support@lockedinapp.us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We process verified requests within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
- On-device data — your habits, goals, journal entries, name, and progress (XP, OVR, streaks). This is stored only on your device and is deleted immediately when you use "Hard Reset App Data" or uninstall the app.
- Analytics data — usage events and device identifiers collected via PostHog. Deleted within 30 days of a verified email request.
What Data May Be Kept
Purchase and transaction records associated with a subscription (processed via RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play) may be retained for up to 7 years where required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations. After that period, they are permanently deleted.
